If you use the space (for a concert) with an audience, the following additional rules apply:

1. You will first come to one of our rehearsals so that you can familiarize yourself with the space.

2. You use our free ticket reservation system so that we can keep track of the number of people entering our house.

3. Make sure you have at least one volunteer who can help before and during the event by standing at the door, directing people upstairs to the concert hall, and welcoming them there.

   • For more than 10 people, 2 volunteers

   • For more than 25 people, 3 volunteers.

   • For more than 40 people, 4 volunteers

4. You take responsibility for your guests

5. Ensure that the doors to adjoining (private) rooms remain closed and that people do not use our private toilet and cloakroom in the main hallway.

6. Never leave the front door unlocked.

7. Don't let people smoke outside the door
