How our Ticket Tailor ticketing system works

Reserving and scanning tickets is done in a few simple steps:

1. Fill in the reservation form
   Use the 'Reservation with audience' form to register your event.

2. Download the Ticket Tailor Scan App
   Install the app before proceeding:

   • Apple App Store

   • Google Play Store

3. We take care of the settings
   We set up the ticket system for your event.

4. Receive your ticket at
   You will receive two links:

   • A specific link for your event, which you can share with your guests

   • The general ticket page for Plantage Paleis: www.plantagepaleis.nl/concerten

5. Log in to the scan app
   Ticket Tailor will send you an email with a login link for the scan app for your event. Please note: this link is valid for 24 hours, so make sure you download the app first!

6. Scan tickets at the door
   The app shows you in real time how many guests are coming and who has registered. Upon arrival, you scan your guests' tickets with your phone, allowing you to keep track of who is inside.
