• Reservations after 7:00 p.m. are only possible with limited volume, due to a sleeping baby one floor below.

• Sound recordings are possible, but we are not a recording studio. Living here takes precedence, so don't expect it to be quiet in the house—especially since there is a singer who rehearses a lot.
